Centralised service offering
As part of our commitment to enhance our solution, we are streamlining the amnis entities that provide our services to offer a uniform product portfolio to all amnis clients.
What does this mean for Swiss clients?
From January 1, 2025, the services under “1.3 Use of Payment Services” will be provided by AMNIS Europe AG instead of AMNIS Treasury Services AG. AMNIS Europe AG holds a Payment Institution License and is supervised by the Financial Market Authority in Liechtenstein.
Your contact person and the quality of service you’ve come to expect from amnis will remain unchanged. At the same time, with this transition, you will enjoy additional advantages compared to the current setup.
How does this benefit you?
Continued regulatory oversight: AMNIS Europe AG is fully regulated within the European Economic Area (EEA) and monitored by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority, ensuring compliance with the highest legal standards.
Enhanced security: Client funds will now be held in segregated accounts, fully insulated against any bankruptcy of amnis. These funds are kept at banks with an A+ or AAA rating from Standard & Poor’s, ensuring a high level of financial security.
Deposit protection: Your funds are also covered by the Deposit Insurance Scheme in Austria, which protects up to EUR 100,000 per client in the unlikely event of a bankruptcy affecting both amnis and its banking partners.
Multi-currency IBAN with SWIFT connectivity: You will be able to receive payments in all currencies using your new LI-IBAN, which also supports generating QR invoices for CHF payments. The new IBAN can further be linked to international payment services.
