Mobile app update: Payments made easy

You can now manage and make payments and peer-to-peer transactions directly from your amnis mobile app - anytime, anywhere! Also QR payments are supported in Switzerland, Czech Republic and for SEPA transfers.

Why it matters: Approving payments and uploading proof documents no longer requires logging in on desktop. Managers can sign payments on the go, saving time and keeping operations smooth.

Stripe + amnis LI-IBAN = Cost-efficient payouts

Using Stripe to collect payments? Now you can receive Swiss Franc payments from Stripe directly to your amnis account.

Hear from a client:

“We can now transfer Swiss Francs paid by our customers via Stripe directly to our amnis account - simple, efficient, and without expensive intermediaries.”

- Robert Steinschaden, Finance Specialist Accounts Payable & Receivable, eversports

DK-IBAN: Local payments made simple

Our Danish IBAN account is now live! Make and receive payments in DKK in your company’s name locally, without expensive cross-border transfers.

Pay local suppliers or receive payments from Danish clients directly into your DK-IBAN account - fully local, fully efficient - for both parties.

Statement page improvements: Custom export templates

We’ve refreshed the design and harmonized statements - now with fixed & custom date ranges.

Plus, our new custom export templates let you:

  • Define CSV structure & custom content

  • Save multiple templates for various needs

  • Schedule automated exports daily, weekly, or monthly

Extra recipients for card emails

Not only the primary cardholder but other designated people can now receive notifications too - from reminders for missing expense details to alerts after a card transaction is authorized or declined. No full amnis access required, making it perfect for cards in motion, like team cards shared among multiple employees.

Read-only user role

This new role can view payments, balances and card transactions and receive notifications without the ability to execute FX, payments, or manage cards. Ideal for auditors or management oversight.
