Integrating amnis with bexio involves two steps: connecting the systems and synchronizing your data.

1) Connecting

Connecting establishes the technical link between amnis and bexio.

  • If you are a bexio customer and register or log in to amnis using your bexio credentials, the connection is set up automatically.
You can verify this in amnis by navigating to Integrations in the left-hand menu. In bexio, the status will show Manage.

If no connection exists, you will see Connect instead.

  • If you are already an amnis customer and would like to set up and use bexioPay, the connection must be established manually.
Simply click Connect. You will be redirected to the bexio login page.

Once you sign in with your bexio credentials, the connection is successfully established.

2) Synchronizing

Synchronizing enables the data exchange between amnis and bexio.

  • A successful connection to bexio is required before synchronization can be activated.

  • After connecting, you can start the synchronization process. During this step, you will link:

    • your bexio accounts (expense accounts and the transfer account), and

    • VAT rates

      with amnis.
