When is address confirmation required?
As part of the onboarding process or during a periodic account review, we may ask you to provide proof of your private residential address.
Accepted documents
Electricity, gas, or water bill
Internet or landline telephone bill
Mobile phone bill
Tax statement
It must be in your private name, not in the name of the company
What must be visible on the document?
The document must clearly show:
Your full name
Your complete residential address
An issue date within the last 3 months
Please ensure that all information is clearly visible and legible. Documents that are incomplete, outdated, or difficult to read may be rejected, and we may ask you to provide a new copy.
