Enhanced payment file upload capabilities

Introducing our latest update that brings enhanced functionality to the file upload feature, giving you greater control and customization options: We have redesigned the file upload process to allow you to specify the payment rail (local or SWIFT) and fee schedule for each payment individually. Additionally, the system now highlights any errors in the payment file, enabling you to identify and address potential issues in advance.

Never heard of file upload?

This feature enables you to effortlessly import payment files into your amnis account and initiate multiple payments with just a few clicks. By exporting the accounting software's XML file (pain.001) and importing it into your amnis account, the payment details are automatically transferred, saving you valuable time that would otherwise be spent on manual data entry. Another great plus: new beneficiaries are automatically added to your contact list, further streamlining the process.

Sneak peek: Simplified debit card management with the amnis mobile app

Get ready for an exciting development: the amnis mobile app! As we approach the launch of our debit card, we are thrilled to unveil the development of our mobile app, designed to streamline and simplify your debit card management.

The initial release will include a range of functionalities, empowering you to effortlessly check your transactions in real-time, activate or block your card with ease, adjust card limits, and manage user rights on the go. With the added convenience of push notifications, you'll stay informed and updated, putting control and flexibility right at your fingertips at any time.

Revised payment signature and contact management rights

We have recently implemented an update regarding payment signatures: When making payouts to your own accounts, a single signature is now sufficient, even if the user has the signature right "Four eyes sign required". It's important to note that this update solely affects payments made to your own accounts.

Additionally, we have revised the rules for adding a new bank account to any of your contacts. Going forward, users must hold the "Create beneficiary" authorization to create new contacts and add bank accounts.

User rights can be set and managed by the administrator in the admin panel.

New valuation page online: Export valuations easily

Discover the upgraded valuation page within your amnis WebApp! From now on, you can effortlessly monitor the daily valuations of your open forward positions. What's more, we've included the possibility to export valuations as PDF or CSV files, ensuring seamless accessibility. Gain a comprehensive overview of your valuations within seconds by visiting the Tools section of your amnis account.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to your account manager.
