If you’re already using bexio and would like to activate bexio Pay, simply follow the steps below:
1. Sign up
Register using your existing bexio account.
2. Complete onboarding
During onboarding, you’ll need your company information and a valid ID*.
You’ll review and sign the contract as part of this process.
3. Account approval
amnis team will review your application. You’ll be notified once your account has been approved.
4. Fund your account
Once approved, make your first pay-in to activate your account.
5. Activate sync and order your card
Enable the bexio sync and order your first bexio Pay debit card (virtual or physical).
6. Start using your card
Pay with your debit card**, upload receipts, and assign cost centers to ensure seamless and automated accounting in bexio.
* Passport and/or national ID card; accepted documents may vary by country.
** bexio pay supports payments in the card’s currency. Paying in the merchant’s currency is not currently supported.
