How can I downgrade my plan? What's the downgrading policy?

In order to check the last update of your subscription and downgrade your plan, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the menu on top right and select "Upgrade";

  2. You’ll see your current package and an overview of the other pricing options;

  3. Select your desired package to complete the change.

Downgrades take effect only at the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly).

If you ask to downgrade your plan but then change your mind, you can cancel the downgrade any time before your current billing period ends. This means your current plan will remain active until the next billing date, and the downgrade will not take effect.

Please note: Upgrades or downgrades require the customer to accept the current terms and conditions and the current price and service list. A change of the price plan can only be made to a price plan offered at the time of the change. The customer shall not be entitled to have amnis continue to maintain the pricing plans that existed next to it at the time of the original selection of the price plan.
