To save time in setting up your amnis account, we offer you the possibility to import your beneficiary data with an Excel file.

How does it work?

  1. Go to "Contacts" and click on "Import contacts".

  2. Download the provided XLSX template by clicking on the "Download" button.

  3. Open the file on your computer and complete it by adding the following data (an example contact is provided in the file):

    1. Name

    2. Company ( = 1) or private person (= 0)

    3. Address

    4. City

    5. Zip code

    6. Country code (ISO code with 2 characters e.g. CH for Switzerland)

    7. Email address (optional)

    8. Bank account country (ISO code with 2 characters e.g. CH for Switzerland)

    9. Bank account currency (abbreviation with 3 characters e.g. EUR for Euro)

    10. IBAN (use either IBAN or account number)

    11. Account number (use either IBAN or account number)

    12. SWIFT (mandatory in case of account number)

  4. Save it in XLSX file format (Excel) on your computer.

Make sure to keep the field titles in the first line and delete the provided example before saving.

  5. Return to your amnis account and upload the completed file to amnis by clicking on the "Upload my file" button. Please note that only XLSX files in the correct format can be used for the import. You'll see a green checkmark when the upload is successful.

  6. Finally, click on "Import my contacts" to import the contact data.

  7. Under "All contacts" you can now see your imported contacts.

Do you want to export your existing contact data?

No problem, just go to "Contacts" and click on "Export contacts". An Excel file with your existing contacts will be downloaded.
