Welcome to your amnis roundup - at the most spooky time of the year! Avoid your accountant’s nightmares and keep your team's spirits high with our latest product updates.

CAMT & PDF card transaction export

We've enhanced our export capabilities to make your team’s accounting tasks easier and more efficient. Now, you can effortlessly export your card transactions in various formats, making bookkeeping a breeze:

  • Per currency account: You can export your data in CSV (Excel) and PDF formats, along with the option for XML (camt.053) export. This XML format provides in-depth card transaction information, such as whether the transaction involved an ATM withdrawal or a POS terminal payment. Please note that if a card transaction triggers a currency exchange, the FX transaction is listed separately.

  • From your debit card overview page: Easily export CSV (Excel) and PDF files containing debit card transactions exclusively.

  • Per transaction: For individual transactions, you can obtain a PDF confirmation by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the transaction detail overview. This allows you to download a neat PDF containing all relevant transaction details.

Sneak peek: Swiss IBANs

We're excited to announce that our Swiss National Bank account is now open, allowing us to issue Swiss CH-IBANs in our clients' names within the next few weeks!

Why is this a game-changer? Swiss companies engaging in international business will now have the advantage of sending and receiving payments with their very own CH-IBAN, streamlining financial transactions across multiple currencies easier than ever.

For foreign companies doing business with Swiss partners, the convenience of CH-IBANs means smoother and faster cross-border trade and the confidence of dealing with Swiss businesses directly, without intermediaries, lowering transaction costs for both parties.

Stay tuned - we'll keep you informed the moment our Swiss IBANs become available.

The reference currency of your amnis card

The reference currency is the base currency against which an automatic currency exchange is performed when a transaction exceeds the available funds in the respective currency account. You can select your reference currency during the initial card ordering process, with options including CHF, EUR, USD, GBP, and CZK. If your financial circumstances change, you have the flexibility to adjust your reference currency in your account settings at any time.

Good to know: With amnis, you don't need to top up your team’s cards in multiple currencies. As long as the overall balance in your amnis account (total balance shown in the upper left corner) covers the payment, we handle your debit card transactions automatically, no matter the country or currency!

Smart control features: Restrictions

Your business, your rules: the smart control feature "restrictions" empowers you to take control of your team’s debit card usage like never before. With this additional security layer, you can personalize restrictions for individual cards or card groups, allowing you to:

  • limit card usage in specific regions or countries,

  • allow or disallow cash withdrawals, and

  • control transactions with certain merchant types (available soon).

Thus, you can tailor cards to your employee’s precise needs and enjoy the convenience of the amnis debit cards with confidence! Watch our LinkedIn profile for more in-depth insights:
