Welcome to your amnis roundup, featuring our latest updates and practical resources to help you plan your next year efficiently.
Introducing expense management
We're thrilled to introduce the first version of our expense management functionalities within the amnis WebApp. Now, you can seamlessly attach receipts to card transactions, download attached receipts, assign expense categories, set VAT rates and amounts, and add transaction notes.
Please note that to start using expense categories, admins need to set up the desired categories in their admin settings first, along with the corresponding account number.
Stay tuned for upcoming updates, including bulk (ZIP) receipt export and reminders for cardholders to attach receipts, further streamlining your accounting team's daily tasks.
Imagine receiving a WhatsApp notification as soon as a card transaction occurs, prompting you to reply with a simple picture of the receipt. No more searching for paper receipts or dealing with manual uploads. Like the idea? Give it a thumbs up on our idea board to let us know!
(Re-) Inviting cardholders for enhanced control
Administrators can now re-invite cardholders to sign up at amnis for a user account. To do this, navigate to the card user section in the 'Admin' area, click on the three dots on the right side, and select 'Re-invite'. The cardholder will then receive an email with further instructions.
Why is it important to provide the card user’s email and phone number? If the details are added, the users will gain access to the amnis web (and our soon-to-be-released mobile) app, enabling them to:
activate, block, suspend, and reactivate their own card(s),
view the transactions of their own card(s),
access their PIN code,
receive transaction notifications, and
manage their card expenses, such as uploading receipts.
By granting your employees access, they can conveniently manage and monitor their transactions, thereby simplifying your manager’s admin work and enabling prompt action in case of suspected fraud.

Smart control features: De- and reactivation
Did you know? You can de- and reactivate your amnis debit cards in real time with one click for maximum security. Like a 'one-time' card, this feature offers unmatched control without the need to issue new cards for each new occasion:
Ensure that your cards are exclusively used during business trips or events, preventing unauthorized expenditures in between.
Reactivate cards in real-time, granting your employees access to the necessary funds instantly, as soon as new business expenses arise.
Limit potential losses in case of fraud or theft.
Suspend and reactivate your team’s cards in the blink of an eye, allocating funds precisely when they’re needed. Watch our LinkedIn profile for more in-depth insights:
