More secure payments to your own account
In the admin section of your amnis account, administrators can now configure a four-eye signature requirement for payments made to their own accounts. By default, this setting is turned off for all customers. This new setting helps prevent erroneous transactions and maintain an overview of all outgoing payments.
Tip: You can also manage individual user settings in the admin area and impose FX limits, forward trading restrictions, or require a four-eye signature for certain users only.
Debit card updates in a nutshell
The amounts on the card transaction overview are now displayed in the transaction currency only (i.e. merchant or card currency, depending on your preferences). Additional information can be found in the transaction details. The currency settings can be adjusted anytime in the admin area.
The card usage and card transactions tabs have been unified. All transactions and notifications are now conveniently displayed in a single location. For error-specific checks, select the respective filter.
We have added a new filter to your card transaction overview: Simplify your expense management with the "Documents" filter and view transactions with or without attached receipts in one place.
On each card’s details page, monthly and daily limits, as well as card usage, are now visible, providing an instant overview.
Accountants can now conveniently download a ZIP archive of all receipts attached to card transactions. Simply navigate to the tools section, select "Statements," and specify the card, month, and export type.
