Welcome to the first amnis roundup of 2024. We hope you had a great start to the new year! In this edition, we highlight our latest debit card updates and introduce an exciting opportunity for you to explore amnis as a beta tester. 🚀
Magic link: The easy way to upload receipts
We're excited to introduce our "magic link" - your go-to solution for effortlessly uploading receipts, streamlining expense management for everyone on your team. Now, even non-logged-in amnis card users can seamlessly add receipts to their card transactions!
How it works
As the card administrator, navigate to the Card details -> Settings area and activate the "Receipt Upload requests" toggle. You can customize settings for already issued cards at any time by clicking “Edit”.
Enter the name and email of the person you want to send the upload request to, and save the information.
Done! Notifications, including the receipt upload link, will now land in the provided email inbox. From there, recipients can effortlessly upload a copy of the receipt on a dedicated page, accessible from any device, without being logged in. This ensures flexibility and eliminates the need to register at amnis.

When do I need the “magic link”?
This receipt upload functionality becomes particularly valuable when you choose not to provide access to amnis for all your cardholders. However, if you still wish to have your employees attach receipts to their card transactions, our “magic link” makes it possible!
Where to find uploaded receipts
Logged-in users, such as accountants, can access all receipts in their amnis account under the tab Debit Cards -> Transactions:
Additionally, we're working on a feature that will allow you to download all attached receipts in bulk.

Join us as a "friend of amnis" beta tester and gain exclusive access to the latest functionalities and product previews.
These features are still in development, and you may encounter bugs, translation issues, or other unexpected behaviors. As a beta tester, your role is to actively use the app, identify these bugs and glitches, and share feedback on your overall experience.

Redesigned overview for card details
We've revamped our card details view, introducing valuable new insights:
YTD & MTD spendings: Easily monitor your Year-to-Date (YTD) and Month-to-Date (MTD) expenditures for each card in realtime, conveniently located in the top right corner.
Spending limits & settings: Access all cardholder contact details in one place, including delivery addresses, for better visibility.
Card label customization: Personalize your card label to facilitate internal identification - whether it's "Travel" or "Google Ads." While this label won't be printed or displayed externally, it simplifies the management of multiple cards for the same cardholder.
