The transfer account is defined during the card onboarding process (Step 6: Select a transfer account). By default, the accounting account “1090 – Transfer account” is suggested, but you may also select a different account (must be an account from category 109).

How to change the transfer account afterwards:

To modify the account later, the card onboarding process must be repeated again and a new synchronisation initiated. Please proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to your amnis account.

  2. In the dashboard (home screen), click “Deactivate bexio synchronisation”. (Important: Only deactivate the synchronisation, not the entire connection to bexio.)

  3. Go through the card onboarding process again, following the step-by-step guide, and choose your desired transfer account.

If synchronisation issues occur, please consult this article.

Note on ongoing transactions: Transactions that have not yet been fully synchronised at the time of the change will not be automatically synchronised afterwards. These transactions must therefore be booked manually.
