You can cancel bexio pay, effective at the end of any month, by deactivating the bexio synchronization in amnis.
To do so:
Click the profile icon in the top right corner
Go to Account settings
Select Integrations
Open bexio
Deactivate the active synchronization
✅ Important: For each month in which synchronization was active, the full monthly fee will be charged at the end of the month.
Even if you deactivate synchronization on, for example, the 3rd of the month, the full month will still be billed.
✅ Additional notes:
Your cards (amnis or bexio) will remain active after synchronization is ended and can continue to be used as usual. If you no longer wish to use the cards, please immediately block them in the Web- or MobileApp.
After ending the synchronization, you will automatically be moved back to the launch plan of amnis. For details, please refer to our pricing page.
If you disable the synchronization, no further card transactions will be synced to bexio. This also applies to any past card transactions that have not yet been fully synchronized.
If the synchronization is reactivated later, only future transactions will be synchronized; transactions that occurred before the deactivation will not be synced.
