What is Expense AI?
Expense AI provides AI-powered expense processing to help you capture expenses faster and more accurately.
When you upload a receipt to a transaction - either in the web application or in the mobile app - Expense AI automatically reads the document, extracts and provide proposal for:
The amount
The appropriate VAT rate (based on your predefined and saved VAT rate)
The appropriate accounting category (based on your predefined and saved categories)
Expense AI generates suggestions to streamline, simplify and automate your expense workflow.
Can I modify the suggested data?
Yes. Expense AI extracts the data and generates suggestions. You can review and edit all suggested fields before saving the transaction.
What happens if Expense AI extracts data incorrectly?
All extracted information is provided as a suggestion.
You can review and adjust the data before saving the transaction. The information is only stored once you confirm it.
Where can I activate or deactivate Expense AI?
Administrators can enable or disable Expense AI at any time:
Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Company Settings.
Navigate to AI & automations management.
Enable or disable Expense AI as needed.
Is Expense AI included in all subscription plans?
Expense AI is available across all paid plans.
However, access to specific AI features and usage limits depend on your subscription plan.
