What is AI Processes?

AI Processes is a centralized section in amnis where you can view and manage all tasks that the AI automatically handled for you, such as extracting expense information or drafting payments from an invoice upload through amnis AI features.

These AI-powered tools automatically extract information from documents such as invoices, receipts, and email attachments and convert it into usable records on the platform.

The AI Processes page provides a complete history of these AI-imported documents, allowing you to track what has been processed and where the data has been created in amnis.

What AI features are included in AI Processes?

AI Processes includes documents processed through the following amnis AI features:

Payment AI

Payment AI automatically extracts data from supplier invoices and prepares them for payment.

It includes:

  • Invoice upload
Upload an invoice document, and amnis AI extracts the relevant payment information to create a Payment in the system.

  • Mail-to-Pay
Send invoices directly to your dedicated amnis email, and amnis AI processes the attached document to create payment entries automatically.

Expense AI

Expense AI helps automate the creation and pre-accounting of expense documents.

Upload or scan receipts, and amnis AI extracts the relevant information about your card spend.

What can I see in AI Processes?

The AI Processes page shows a history of all documents processed by AI, including:

  • The AI feature used (Expense AI, Payment AI, Mail-to-Pay)

  • The document that was processed

  • The record created in amnis

  • The processing status

This allows you to quickly review and trace documents processed by AI.
