Automations for efficient cash management
Test the new “Automation” beta version in your amnis account: Automated transactions facilitate your cash management and make your payments and currency exchanges more efficient.
Recurring payments
These automated transactions work similarly to traditional standing orders. At predefined intervals, such as monthly, amnis will automatically send the designated amount to your beneficiaries, making it ideal for salary or rental payments. By utilizing recurring payments, you can eliminate the risk of fat-finger errors and avoid payment delays!
Recurring currency exchange
Are you frequently in need of foreign currencies to settle your invoices?
amnis can, for example, automatically purchase 5,000 USD for you each week, ensuring that you always have sufficient balance on your USD account without needing to manually purchase the currency each time. This not only saves you time but also minimizes your currency fluctuation risk.
Coming soon: Balance-based transactions
Soon you’ll be able to automatically execute transactions as soon as a certain balance threshold is reached in your amnis currency accounts. This allows you, for example, to automatically convert incoming payments to your preferred currency and send them subsequently to your house bank account.

Public payment tracking links
From now on, you can easily keep your beneficiaries updated on the status of your payments.
How? Select the payment you want to track and click on "Copy tracking link" on the right side. This will generate a link that you can share with your beneficiaries, so that everyone can view detailed information about the payment status, including the expected time of arrival, in real-time.
Pro-tip: If you've added an email address to the contact, an automatic tracking email will be sent once the payment is executed. To ensure your contacts are informed automatically, simply navigate to the “Contacts” section in your amnis account, select the beneficiary, and click on “Add email”.
Important change: Total balance consideration for payment execution
Going forward, payments will be executed immediately if the total balance in your reference currency (the aggregated balance of all currency wallets) is sufficient. To balance your currency account, a corresponding currency exchange transaction must be conducted within 48 hours. You can check your total balance any time by referring to the sidebar on the left.
