Are you expecting an incoming payment that hasn't arrived in your account yet? Here’s how you can expedite the investigation process:

  1. Ask the sender for a payment confirmation and, if available, a payment tracking link. Please ensure that the confirmation document includes the beneficiary's name, account number/IBAN, and the beneficiary's bank details.

  2. Verify the account details on the payment confirmation, including the beneficiary's name and account number/IBAN.

  3. If all details are correct, please send us the payment confirmation document so our team can begin the investigation. Without a payment confirmation, we cannot check the status of your payment.

Please keep in mind that a payment delay may be caused by the sender's bank or other intermediaries involved. We are committed to resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

In case you need further information or help, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or live chat (blue icon in the lower right corner).
