Have you executed a payment via the amnis platform but the beneficiary isn't seeing the payment in their bank account? Here’s what to look out for:

  1. Go to your amnis account and verify the beneficiary's details of your payment, including the name and account number/IBAN. Please confirm the current account details with your supplier. Erroneous or outdated account details are the number one reason transactions cannot be processed correctly.

  2. Consult the amnis payment tracking information for further updates on the status of your payout. Navigate to the "Payments" section in your amnis account, click on the transaction you'd like to investigate, and expand the "Payment tracking" field:

    1. The payment hasn't been transferred to the beneficiary bank within the expected timeframe? Please consult our team and provide the payout reference, so we can begin the investigation.

    2. The payment has arrived? Please proceed with the next step.

  3. Inform the beneficiary that the payment may have arrived under the name of amnis (depending on your chosen payment method and account). Let the beneficiary know to look out for the exact amount they're expecting, rather than your company name.

  4. If the payment is still not visible in your beneficiary's account, please contact our team and provide the payout reference, which can be found in your transaction details, so our team can begin the investigation.

Please keep in mind that payment delays may be caused by the beneficiary's bank or other intermediaries involved. We are committed to resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

When scheduling a payment, we always recomment to consult the payment cut-off times: The cut-off time is the latest time a payment order can be submitted so that the transfer can be executed on the requested value date. Please note that the value date you selected can differ from the date the money gets credited, depending on the beneficiary's bank and other intermediaries.
