How does the Launch plan fee waiver work?

Learn when your monthly Launch plan fee is waived, how the average balance is calculated, and who is eligible.

Written by Silvia Cadeddu

If you're on the monthly Launch plan and your average total account balance over the previous calendar month was at least 25,000 CHF/EUR, your monthly Launch fee for the following month is automatically waived.

Below, you'll find answers to the most common questions about eligibility, how the average balance is calculated, and when the waiver applies.

Who is eligible and how does it work?
You qualify if you're on the monthly Launch plan and your average total account balance (shown in the top-left) over the previous calendar month was ≥ 25,000 CHF/EUR (or the equivalent in other currencies).

We take your end-of-day balances across all your accounts each day of the previous calendar month, convert everything to the currency of your total balance, and average them over the number of days in that month.

What fees are still charged even with the waiver?
The waiver covers the monthly Launch plan fee only. All other fees still apply normally (e.g. Per-user fees, Payment fees).

Do I need to do anything to benefit?
No. The waiver is applied automatically - there's nothing you need to do.

How will I know if my fee was waived?
On your monthly fee statement, the plan fee will not be visible.

Can I see my current average total balance during or at the end of the month?

No. There is no view showing your running or month-end average total balance.

I just moved to the Launch plan - am I immediately eligible?
Not quite. You need to be on the Launch plan for one month before the waiver applies.

I am a new customer - am I immediately eligible?
As a new customer, you have the Launch plan free for 45 days. With that, you are already more than one month into the Launch plan and are eligible for the fee waiver.

Does this apply to yearly Launch plans?
The waiver currently applies to monthly Launch plans only
