How do I get started and who in my company can create a Subscription Card?
Card admins can create a Subscription Card, as can the administrator of a card group. It works the same way as creating a virtual card: whoever can create virtual cards in your company can also create a Subscription Card. Company admin rights alone are not enough – card admin is a separate permission. You approve the order with two-factor authentication, and your company needs to have accepted the card terms. To give a teammate card admin rights, a company admin can update their permissions in the team settings.
How does a Subscription Card differ from a virtual card?
You create it the same way, with the same rights. The differences: the subscription card works for online payments only, has no PIN, cannot be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay, and earns cashback on qualifying AI spend.
Can I create more than one Subscription Card?
Yes. Most businesses keep all their subscriptions on one card – one limit and one view of the whole category. If you want more granular control, you can also create separate cards for individual vendors.
How do I block or cancel the Subscription Card?
You can block or cancel the card at any time in the amnis platform.
Before you cancel, move your subscriptions to another card so your tools keep running.
