My amnis debit card hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If you ordered a physical card before 6pm on a business day, it will be produced and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 6pm on Thursdays or on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

All cards are shipped from Poland via Deutsche Post, and delivery may take up to 10 business days.

If you have not received your card within 15 business days, please contact us via:

We will investigate the card delivery and take necessary action.
