I created a contract under point 2 but cannot proceed with point 3 & 4 of the onboarding process. What do I need to do?

In case you are not a controlling person and/or an authorized signatory of the company you will not be able to continue with step 3 and 4 of the onboarding process. These steps must be carried out by authorized persons of your company. After creating the contract in step 2, the authorized persons of the company will receive an email with a link that enables them to register themselves at amnis and proceed with step 3 (identification) and step 4 (signing the contract).

What is the difference between a controlling person and an authorized signatory?

A controlling person is a shareholder of the company with a minimum stake of 25%. The authorized signatory is entered into the commercial register as such but does not necessarily need to be a shareholder of the company.

Why do I need to provide information on my business activities resp. my main customer and main suppliers?

Since amnis is regulated/audited by the financial market authorities we must make sure that we understand your business model and the respective expected payment flows. By providing detailed information, you can help us making the onboarding process as smooth, fast and efficient as possible.

Do I need to disclose all authorized signatories of the company?

Yes, you need to list all signatories who are stipulated in the commercial register.

Despite completing the onboarding process and signing the contract, the status of my onboarding still shows “not completed” – what do I need to do?

Once all ticks (point 1-4) turn green, your onboarding process is completed and your details are transferred to the amnis compliance desk. After the successful compliance check, you will receive an email informing you that your onboarding was successful and your account is ready to use. If no amnis team member has reached out to you within 48 hours after completion, please contact us.

Is it possible to change personal details asked in point 2 afterwards as an authorized signatory/controlling person?

Only the person who initialized the onboarding process can change details which were needed for point 1 and 2. As an authorized signatory/controlling person you will only be able to modify point 3 and 4. Please reach out the person who started the onboarding process if you need to change your personal details.

I would like to have several administrators for my company but can only assign one during the onboarding process. How can I change that?

It is not possible to have multiple administrators during the onboarding process. Only after the onboarding was completed, checked by compliance and your account is ready to use, the administrator will be able to grant admin rights to multiple users.

Is there an option to add more users to the platform during the onboarding process?

No, this is not possible during the onboarding process. However, after successfully completing the onboarding process, you will be able to add as many users as you wish and define user-specific rights on the platform.
