Only the administrator has the authority to set user permissions in the amnis account. To do so, go to "Account settings" and select "User management".

Permissions | Explanation |
FX trade | Provides the user with the permission to execute foreign currency trades, such as spot and forwards.
Please note: It's important to differentiate between user limits and company limits and how they can be adjusted. While users have individual permissions, the company limits set the overall boundaries within which all users must operate. For more information, please refer to this article. |
Allowed to sign | Grants the user the right to approve or authorise transactions and documents. |
Create new beneficiary | Enables the user to add new contacts or beneficiaries to the system. |
Card admin | Grants the user all permissions related to managing debit cards, as specified in this article. |
Limit trade | Allows the user to place limit orders for trading. |
Four eyes sign required | Next to the user the administrator must approve the payment before it is processed. |
Admin | Full administrative rights. The admin can manage all settings, assign permissions to other users, and invite new users. |
Only Card user | Limits the user's access strictly to debit card-related functionalities. The user cannot see or interact with other parts of the amnis account. |
Good to know: Even after assigning permissions, you can still make changes at any time under "User management", by selecting the relevant user and clicking on the edit icon:
